You must have a dance store in town. I have a dance store nearby called Ellman's, but there are plenty more. Check this online store:

They sell shoes, as well as costumes! Also check Halloween costume stores because they have Ballerina costumes for Halloween! Good luck. I hope I helped.

even though i cant figure out why you would want to wear a tutu, you can do a google search for tutu and see what is available.

look on yahoo local. type in your area and what you are looking for. it will give you dance stores, sport stores, etc in your area that would carry what you want.
it is hard to say since i do not know your location. you can also go to your local dance studio/YMCA and ask to see a catalog from which you can order.
