My BMI is 16.2, height is 5"6-5"7, weight is 115-125. I really want wasboard abs for the summer. I am not fat or skinny, just normal. If I want to get this, what should I do, eat, etc? I already do cardio and lift weights. Can I get abs like weightlifters? 2+ months left.

it depends on what your body fat percentage is the BMI is inaccurate for those who are not obese. for most that do not have above average abdominal development you would need to get down around 10% body fat

If you want abs like a weightlifter, work 'em like a bodybuilder. Increase their mass by working them w/ a progressive overload to force growth. Do this by doing slow, controlled crunches up to 25 reps. When you can do 25, put a 5 or 10 pound plate behind your head or, even better, across your chest, and do fewer reps. Start w/ 3x10, add 3 reps every week until you can do 25. Add weight, and start the progression again. Don't jerk w/ your hands behind your head or you'll strain your neck--keep the head/neck area relaxed. The next step is to lean out to show what you've built. You're height/weight/bmi numbers indicate to me that w/ more ab mass, they should start to show pretty soon if you stay consistent.
