Nope. The 14th Amendment to the constitution requires it "No state shall... deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

No, for two reasons. First illegal immigrants can make the argument that they are entitled to local services since they pay into the local tax base as well. The fault in your line of thinking inregards to taxes is you do not differentiate between City, County, State and Federal taxes. The other reason is that the majority of services provided are either judicially mandated or a public health concern. For instance education is judicially mandated and therefore local government can not violate that order. As for the Public Health Concern it is in the local governments best intrest to provide some level of care as too prevent outbreaks, and too prevent people from dieing in the streets.

Speaking of tax dollars spent on criminals you probably support the idea of cable tv in jail.

Please, if this was about breaking the law then why aren't we protesting around the prisons, the cost of maintaining prisoners is way higher than illegal immigrants (and they don't pay taxes either). In fact, illegal immigrants provide WAY more to the economy than prisoners. So how about instead of deporting the illegals, we deport all the prisoners!

Unfortunately it's all deep-seeded racism.

No, but you can start an organization and try and pass local legislation for this ridiculous b/s. I have no problem with illegals as long as they pay taxes, obey laws, and work to obtain citizenship!!!

I'm not really sure what "tax payer service" the government is providing to illegal immigrants.

Can you enlighten me?
