Should they have the right to have any say in what the country is doing?

Part one: Not a citizen...it's none of their business technically speaking. A governmental action could affect their country, and in that regard they can complain all they want, but if just complaining and not being the object of action...nope.

Part two: denouncing the government...if it's their own government and you denounce it, move away. If it's a political criticism - to point out foibles is patriotic as long as your a part of the solution.

If a person is a legal resident of the United States and pays taxes, then the denial of that right to have any say (i.e, to vote) is taxation without representation. This is indeed the case, because non-citizens that reside in the U.S. and pay their taxes are NOT allowed to vote. They should have this right because they pay taxes like everyone else.

The US constitution applies only to citizens of the US. This is what is not understood by illegals and liberals. To many liberals, the US constitution is an impediment to world socialism.
