d.

since secx = 1/cosx, cscx = 1/sinx,

sec²x + csc²x =
1/cos²x + 1/sin²x =
(cos²x + sin²x) / cos²x sin²x =
1 / cos²x sin²x

sec x = 1/cos x
csc x = 1/sin x

sec^2(x) + csc^2(x) = 1/cos(x)^2 + 1/sin(x)^2 = [sin(x)^2 +
+ cos(x)^2]/[sin(x)^2 * cos(x)^2] = 1/[sin(x)^2 * cos(x)^2]

The answer is d.
