I believe so. Polls and surveys is the only section that you are guaranteed that you can go in that section and find atleast one question you are interested in because polls and surveys covers everything just in a this or that format.

Yes I think so...and of course our near neighbours in Jokes and Riddles. A nice bunch of people who don't seem to gripe like some of the other sections.

I mostly stay in p&s, music, parenting, and the other children sections.
Those are my favourites however p&s is the easiest section.
