is there a company who writes grants for people?

I would like to apply for a grant that will not need to be paid back. I have purchased lots of things for me to write my own but just cannot get a handle on it. I require a professionals help

There are a number of people and companies that prepare grant applications - you need to find someone who has experience in the area that you're looking for a grant for. You don't give info on that, and if you did, it might help people steer you on finding someone.
