Not to aggravate anyone unduly, but I wont hire any one with a "off the wall name" or a strange spelling of a normal name.

I liked Leanne, That's what I was going to name my baby if I had a girl, but I had a son and named him Joseph... so as long as you keep it meaningful. Good luck!

Our neighbor's girls are Shire and Eilee. They are very unique without sounding ridiculous and they are fairly easy to spell.
