Luckily my teenage years were during the 80's. Wow what a good time I had back then. You are right, there was some awesome music made during that era. I love the hair bands, Motley Crue, Cinderella, Poison, etc. It brings back good memories when I hear 80's music.

I am glad you listen to that instead of the new rap music and stuff. It is awful.

The 80's was my favourite decade music wise too. I was in my late teens, early 20's and the music was "awesome" (not an 80's word, but still)

I actually came of age during the 1980's, so I remember that song and others like it. I've always enjoyed music from that decade, and it's kind of cool to see the young kids today enjoying it as much as I did.

Not only am I a child of the 80s (I graduated high school in 87), I got to see Power Station in Toronto many, many years ago. It was fabulous.

Ahh yes, one of the reasons I loved growing up in the 80's (born 1972). Still love this song, it drives my wife nuts though because if I hear this song I'm drumming along with it whatever's available (chair arm, car horn, you name it). This and In the Air Tonight will still get me drumming on something.
