Harvard has been the top school in the world in this area for many centuries, however, they only accept Saggitarii and Taurans into their programs, so I think you are out of luck.

Try UC Richmond.

Oh, yes indeed, you can get a PhD in astrology.

Not at Harvard.

But if you are willing to go to the U.K., you can attend Bath Spa University College, The Sophia Centre (Center For The Study of Cultural Astronomy and Astrology).

Don't worry, "cultural astronomy" will take you nowhere near the scientific study of astronomy.

There you can get a taught Master's degree, and you can study for your PhD.

They claim that these have not been research areas at Western universities for over three hundred years (I think you really would have to discuss your specific topic with them to see if they would admit/advise you for that).

You will have to write a total of four papers (7500 words each) and a dissertation (20,000 words) for the Master's degree.

The Master's takes one year, and the Ph.D three years. You need a BA or be otherwise exceptionally qualified to get in.

Tuition for a non-UK student is a little over $16,000 per year.

To those who object to all this, I understand, but do consider the following quote:

"But do you hear the news from Alma Mater [Oxford University]? All Astrology must be banished, and that also, as it shall not so much as find room in the imaginations of men! Then what shall become of me? And of us all Astrologers? And do you, Sir, think to escape?"

John Butler to Elias Ashmole, writing in 1680

No school in the U.S. offers a degree in astology, no credible school at least. The reason is that astrology is not a real science. There is nothing to study about it, it's all speculation and it's all superstition. Yeah, people say it's based on the allignment of stars and lots of crazy things, but there is so no scientific evidence to back this up. No school that takes itself seriously is going to offer any kind of degree in astrology, especially not Harvard.

Ask Harvard at their admissions site.
