very nice question, my father for one, at 76 he is still brilliant, Air America radio is a good source of intelligence and I might seek you out to :)

I like to read my favorite poems, or listen to classical music. Beethoven always inspires me. Chicken Soup For the Soul is also a bit of a comfort on bad days. Stay away from TV or the internet. They are a wasteland full of deadly traps!

I have a couple of friends I talk to when life gets stupid....or my mother is always a good one for intelligent conversation.

I refer to my memory, it's loaded with intelligence, but sometimes I tend to cloud it up a bit with a few too many alcohol based beverages, especially lager beer;) LOL

When that happens I go out and talk to my ducklings...sometimes they are less stupid than some others I know. They never give me a discouraging word! LOL
