Guppies, white cloud minnows, a paradise fish (aggressive), a school of danios or barbs (stay away from the larger ones), some loaches.

See this website for ideas on some of the fish that do well together in the size tank you've got - see communities 1-3: http://www.elmersaquarium.com/h701elmers_freshwater_handbook.htm Just keep in mind adult sizes and that some of the fish need to be kept in schools - not all listed will be suitable for your tank temperatures (70-73o F). Look up the temperature requirements for each (plus photos and other info) by clicking on the species name.

60L is about 16 gallons. So you could fit about 8 male Guppies.

Guppies will thrive at 64F-82F... It'll look nice.

Ps. nickynack is completely wrong, Goldfish would outgrow that tank in a heartbeat...
