does any body know what the structure of a care home is?

managers orders the timetables and all they also arrange major stuff like alterations to the policies etc

assistant managers helps deal with queries compliants etc

care assistants look the patients and give them medication and dress and bathe them they also keep a regular practice at providing care at their individuals home they also do shopping talk to them etc

patients are been looked after they are setted in a community withother old people and they have they have seperate rooms as individual space, they also have tehir says in registered care homes e.g for diet, clothing, fasting etc
patients however cannot be forced / or talked into eating/ talking medication
