Analytical, organized and motivated student is seeking to obtain a professional position which will maximize opportunities for career advancement and present plenty of challenges.
This could also be changed up by omitting one of the three descriptive words at the beginning (analytical, organized, or motivated) and then keeping the rest of the sentence.
It just didnt flow because you used so many words to describe yourself and then only one to describe the job that you want. The "in a professional environment" just sounds thrown in there in the wrong place, so I reworded that part.
