Sum the torques at the edge of the 1st support 1.1m from the overhanging end.
The plank center of mass is
(4.5/2-1.1)*202
and the person will be 453*x
at the tipping distance, these will be equal
x=(4.5/2-1.1)*202/453
x=.513 m from the support.
