Can anyone tell me if Wembly Arena is inside the congestion zone?

Also, how much is it to park there after say, 5pm?

It's some distance from the congestion zone, several miles outside.
Last time I went there, in August last year, I found a few residential backstreets with zero parking restrictions so I parked for free as well.
Failing that, you might be better off parking in an area like Kingsbury or Neasden and catching the Jubilee Line one stop to Wembley Park.

It is outside the congestion zone, although you must remember that even passing through the zone incurs the £8 charge. I went to the Arena and parked free a few streets away.

Way outside.

Parking is usually £15
