For kids!
I hope it's awesome and they find hours and hours of fun from it.
And now for my opinion, so you can stop reading.
For me:
No excitement!
It will probably be a huge venom tease, which no doubt is selling tickets.
I mean today's drudge report already has it as the biggest movie in Asia...EVER.
I mean, how many more can they make?
Oh! Wait!
This is the time around Spiderman 300, according to the cover, er, the bell tower scene.
How many other ideas are there? Like 100 or so different stories to squash on the big screen.
Just introducing Venom means a movie will have to be made to spawn a Venom movie to spawn a Carnage movie to spawn a spawn Vs Venom Cross over with special guest appearance by Aunt May.
Spiderman II was just unwatchable, so this one will no doubt stink as well.
Please!
Will someone make the Sandman Movie and follow the script as is (found on movie scripts links).
I'm out now to take this rant down to the local comic shop! :)
