The vet did offer it to him, I don't know what the vet's motivation really was. The article I read made me think the gentleman was a Bush supporter. But, Bush shouldn't have excepted . My father has one and he would NEVER hand it over to anyone especially Bush.
Now please forgive me I have an emergency protest rally to attend to.
