no,sorry trevor, this is a intel based board for intel processors such as celeron, pentium 4 and core 2 duo
the motherboard you need is a socket 939,these are quite old now but like socket a boards some manufacturers still supply them
the MSI K8N Neo4-F Socket 939 (http://www.dabs.com/ProductView.aspx?Quicklinx=3VLD&CategorySelectedId=11143&PageMode=1&NavigationKey=11143,405480000&InMerch=1)is a excellent board and has a pci-express interface for up to date graphic cards
also it has 4 dimm meory slots ,ideal for future memory upgrades, and also 4 x pci bus slots
if you are planning to upgrade to vista in the future this is ideal as it has a max memory upgrade of 4gb,plenty enough to run vista smoothly
msi are a good manufacturer of motherboards and are also used by many good p.c unit manufacturers like mesh, evesham, and tiny
good luck mate

NO.
That board is designed for Intel processors.
Do a google search for that model # and look at the list of supported processors.
