I heard about chronic pelvic pain and severe cramping. But is that it? What are all the pains that come with Endometriosis, and is back pain always associated with this particular disease?

No there can be all sorts of pain and other issues w/ Endo. I get severe cramping in my abdomen and lower back. It also causes pain by my right kidney (endo implant is very close to my kidney), nauseousness, fatigued, sleeplessness, and headaches. I don't know if back pain is Always associated w/ Endo, but it could be possible depending on where the endo implants are located. I use Cura Heat pads when I am at work (they work like a heating pad w/out the cord) and when I am at home I have a heating pad in the living room by the couch and one in my room by my bed. Heat really helps relieve some of the cramps.

Depends on the person. Some people have no pain. I have stabbing pain an several places in my abdominal area, during the first couple days of my period and sometime two weeks before. I haven't been officially diagnosed, but I most likely have it.

Yes you will have back pain. Stabbing back pains, and the pain would be during the first couple of days before your period. Not during.

I get horrible pains similar to labor contractions. Sometimes it even hurts to urinate. There's medication to take to stop most of the symptoms. (Lupron)
