It means there are strings that are constantly in motion in already atomic atoms.
Here is a tip site what explains on more dept of string theory is.

11 dimensional string theory has not produced anything.
It is possible that the extra 7 dimensions of space, (that are not perceived), are mathematical deception, and therefore string theory is a theory of nothing, as you will find if you read the wikipedia article on string theory all the way to the end.

It's actually the theory formally known as the string theory. It's been modified and replaced by the M theory. Look it up.

The string theory is wrong in that we live in a quantum universe and all space and time is made up of quantum units with only a slight variation due to the quantum effect.
String theory says that space is made up of tiny vibrating loops.
It these loops are vibrating they cannot be rigid quantum units, which makes up our universe.

If the string theory develop into perfect we'd want to be in worry. we stay in a quantum universe,if strings vibrated they could be continuously replacing length and a quantum universe might want to not exist. we are the following because area-time is a unit of minimum length and period with a quantum outcome that enables the universe to evolve because it does.

string theory suggests that vast areas of stars, etc., are organized into "strings" of a sort....
...but I'm not sure if it's "wronge"...

It can't be proven or disproven at this time. Read The Elegant Universe if you want a good explaination.
