less than a month after a d and c, and you are trying to get pregnant? It isn't going to happen, at least not a viable pregnancy, you will likely miscarry again. Back off, avoid pregnancy for at least three to four months after a d and c to give your body a chance to heal and normalize. Right now it is working overtime trying to replace your endometrial lining, that is why you had a light period. Relax, give yourself time to heal before you go trying to get pregnant again.

Bleeding after a DNC is normal, a short period following is no surprise since the DNC disrupts your body's cycle. It may be that your body is still producing birth hormones, or it could be that you're pregnant. It's probably too soon to tell, but you should contact the doctor who performed the DNC and discuss this with her to see if it's normal.

You might be easy to concieve but hard to carry. A DNC will cause you not to be able to carry for a period of time. Talk to you doctor, cause when they do a DNC they scrape all of your lining out, and a fertilized egg can not get attached if there is nothing to get attached to.
