I know there is a word for that but I just can not remember?

Then you feel sleepy for days because the difference of hours is huge. Thanks a lot

It's called "jet-lag." A good rubric is it takes one day to recover from each time zone you cross (plus plenty of rest and water). Get back on your regular schedule as soon as you can... Good luck!

you must be talking about the time-difference between countries, and that is called being jet-lagged
