Cable companies offer at least the cable TV and broadband that you want and often have the Voice over IP (Internet phone). I would only suggest that unless you get a good package deal, you don't necessarily need all three from a single company. In my area (Maryland), I have Verizon FiOS for my TV and broadband but I chose to go with SunRocket for my phone. Verizon did not require that I get all three services through them to get the lowest prices (I believe they only required broadband if I was going to get the TV through them and I saved about $4/month (USD)). My SunRocket service runs less than $17/month (USD), which is about $7 less than Vonage and about $16 less than Verizon.

Comcast, I have heard from two or more people that got the plan that they were charged more than they told them at the end of the month though.
I think Verizon has internet, cable, telephone now, check Verizon Fios

depends in my area Charter Communications does all that. But most cable companies started to do the whole bundle. So check with your cable company.

My favorite provider would have to be Comcast by a long shot. They are very reliable and have the fastest internet speeds. An alternative would definitly be Bell South DSL... I use both of them!

There are many - depends on where you live. Comcast, Verizon, Time Warner. Check out your local cable provider and ask them.

You will have to ask the cable providers in your area.
Different places have different capabilities. For example, Charter does it here, but not in other places.
