Trees have roots that support them. Roots will go above ground if there is not sufficient moisture below ground to support life. All tree roots will penetrate a foundation if planted too close. Same way with drain lines. Sorry, but they haven't invented a tree that will do what you want. Trees need homes (areas to grow) where they can do what comes natural to them.

You didn't mention if you wanted large or small trees. Weeping cherry is a small tree, very beautiful & non invasive.
