Bad spelling interrupts the flow of thoughts on the question. I have stopped answering questions with lousy spelling or grammar! ;-)

Because, if you do not spell correctly readers will think you are either lazy or not too bright. It lessens the impact of your question if you do not use good grammar. There is really no excuse for bad spelling.

Besides making it harder to read, in enough cases, bad spelling prevents understanding the question so it can be answered. Besides there is a spel cheker rite up thar.

If you don't care about your spelling and grammar, then it signifies that you don't care about your question. No one will desire to answer your question if they think you don't care. Also I hate spelling errors.
