OH MY GOD YES! I love Bare Essentials, it covers better than any liquid and looks better too. The mineral makeup covers every thing... you will not be disappointed. I'm 42 Years old and my skin looks flawless. The best part... I don't feel bad if I pass out from my busy day and didn't wash my face, it's okay to sleep with it. They eye shadows are also very beautiful, I love the colors. They make every thing so easy too. They have kits for every thing. I would start with Med Beige, it's the universal color. However, if you are really pale, then a lighter color. Buy the sample kit, it's so worth it. It comes with all the brushes and those are expensive on their own. I will have to admit, it takes getting use to. Only because you are use to caking makeup on in a liquid form and feeling that mask on your face, fooling yourself into thinking it works better. You don't feel that with mineral makeup at all, it's light, like you have nothing on. Make the switch, you won't go back.

Your rosacea could actually be irritated by Bare Escentuals because many people are allergic to the bismuth and other ingredients, but as for coverage, I have a lot of friends who use mineral makeup and all swear by it that it's coverage is incredible and that's one of the reasons I now buy it myself. The brand I use does not contain bismuth, talc, fillers, petroleum, dyes, preservatives, any chemicals whatsoever and doesn't require automatic future purchases, either. It's called Affordable Mineral Makeup. It's amazingly versatile and worth trying out. Different sample packages are available if you just want to try it out and not be stuck with a bunch of makeup you don't like it.... See below:

If you want an excellent mineral makeup, there is a company called Christi Mar. Its an ALL natural mineral makeup line. There is nothing in it to irritate the skin. The coverage is awsome without looking or feeling heavy. It comes in a pressed powder form, so there's no mess to deal with. You apply it with a brush or sponge. Very easy to use. I love, love, love this product line. I not only use their foundation, I use most of their products. I've been happy with everything I've tried so far. You can find them at www.christimarcosmetics.com

Hiya!! I have rosacea and have noticed a significant difference since i have been using it!! my skin has actually cleared up and glows!!! i have been using it for over a year now and will never use any other make up!! loreal put out a mineral type knock off, i would suggest not even using it! they put talcum powder in it for better coverage, but it's complete crap.. it rubbed off on all my clothes.. so.. do use bare minerals it's the best.. i've even gotten my sister to use it as well.. and she has a worse case of rosacea then i do... now to get my mom to use it..

I haven't tried Bare Minerals because of how much it costs but lately I've been using Physician's Formula mineral makeup line and I recommend it.

Well I was so excited to try it and spent TONS of money on it and it does not work well for me. A lot of woman love it but on me it didn't cover good enough and looked cakey and dry. Plus I broke out from it. I went back to my old foundation and now have over $200 of Bare Escentual junk!

I switched to mineral products about a year ago and will never go back. It covers great. It's all about the layering for the best coverage.
