I ordered a very expensive product from a small business that has failed to deliver it. They keep giving me excuses but wont refund my money either, even after almost a year. Does anybody know the specific section of law that this business is violating by consistently failing to deliver a product that was bought and paid for???

If you charged the cost to a credit card, challenge the charge through them and see if the card will refund your money.

You can take them to small claims court, if it is a small company from California, you have to serve them there. Try the California court info site and/or legalzoom.com below.

Do you have a record of your correspondence (e-mail and snail mail) with them? Your receipt? Also your phone calls and conversations? This is vital if you want to take them to court.
