Take 1000mg of the amino acid L-Lysine daily. You can buy this from a health food shop. It inhibits the growth and multiplication of the Herpes Simplex Virus. Stay away from foods high in the amino acid L- Arginine because this amino acid actually promotes the reproductive ability of the Herpes virus.

"High doses of arginine can precipitate schizophrenic episodes and can encourage the growth of the herpes virus. Those with herpes simplex infections should avoid high intakes of arginine-rich foods. However, it was noted that in cases of treating herpes simplex with high lysine-low arginine diets, adding dietary fiber (not wheat bran) showed an increased elimination of nitrogen, which reduced any side effects resulting from arginine deficiency. Foods rich in arginine are: peanuts, peanut butter, cashew nuts, pecan nuts, walnuts, almonds, chocolate, coconut, cereal grains including white and whole wheat flour, dairy products, gelatin, meat, oats, soybeans, and edible seeds. It is also found in smaller amounts in peas, non-toasted cereals, garlic, and ginseng. "

I got identified with the herpes simplex virus (type 2) about 6 yrs ago, while I was still in college and had a silly one-night stand. I realize loads of young ladies will say this, but I swear I had certainly not done that sort of thing before. I just made a huge mistake that one time and suddenly I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date men again. After all, who wants to go out with someone who has sores around her private parts? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/6KjJz everything improved.

Not only was I able to eradicate all remnants of the hsv from my system in less than three weeks, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so blessed to write that just a week ago, in front of everyone in a crowded restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This method gave me back the opportunity to be happy and experience real love. Now I want to enable you too by sharing this with the whole World.

the medications reduce the frequency of outbreaks for people who have them often. Since yours is a new case, you and your doctor don't yet know how well your own immune system will control outbreaks. You may not need medication.

As for the sensation of movement, it seems like this is weighing heavily on your mind right now, and I think it might be possible that much of it is in your head. Try to relax and not think about it for a while. (that's probably easier said than done.)

And of course, your doctor will have told you about how it's still contagious even if you're not having an outbreak, and all the safe sex stuff? He's not kidding about all that.

While there is no cure for herpes, there are anti-viral medications that can shorten an outbreak, or in some case, help to prevent outbreaks. An outbreak will clear up on its own usually with in 15 days, being on a medication can generally shorten the period to about 7 days. Just remember, medication or not, you are particularly contagious during an outbreak.

Medication is not necessary, but it is an option that you can discuss with your MD.

many doctors do not treat Herpes unless there is an outbreak, in other words, you get sores on your penis. However, some will prescribe Valtrex on a daily basis to keep your viral count low. Discuss the medication with your doctor, tell him about your symptoms and ask him what he thinks, and as always, there is nothing wrong with seeing another doctor for a second opinion.
