I'm always on multiple sites at once and/or watching TV and listening to music anyway. Sometimes I'll do some work, clean the house or watch my Family Guy DVDs.
I work at home so I just screw around all day long.

I check other sites first and if nothing is interesting then I just turn it off! Usually you can get into rowdy Q&A's in sports especially with the hockey and basketball play offs going on.

I surf a bit. Generally in the direction of You tube to watch music vids. or check out folks 360 profiles.
