Have you seen this guy's records?? He was one hell of a hockey player, but only a few years ago did i ever hear anything about him!

Why doesnt anyone talk about this guy ever, or list him in the list of the greatest players?

The length of his career is a big factor. Even though he scored 50 goals in nine consecutive seasons, he was never able to establish any of the records that require longevity.

ps, on the list of 100 greatest of all time, Bossy was 20.

No idea. He certainly was a great hockey player. He answered the call when his country came calling, he scored big goals and won Stanley cups.
I'm sure there are some younger fans who know little about the guy and that's a shame. Perhaps because he came along just before #99 who outpaced all those before and since.
Great guy, great player and great question.

Oh, I talk about him every time I am in Montreal. He bought out my favorite restaurant, and his is not as good. Aside from that, he was a damn good player that is in the top 100 of all time.
