Whenever it comes to your body, practice makes perfect. You should never push yourself to the point of discomfort, but use your personal judgment about how your legs feel to determine where that limit is and strive for that limit everytime. if you continue to reach your "split limit" over and over, the limit will become wider and closer to a full split each time. If you cant do a full split right now, don't have someone push you down forcefully once, have them gently push you from your shoulders or hips until you feel you're at your limit. do it daily, or every other day, and you'll get there. listen to your body,be patient, and you'll get there.

Yeah i read about it in the paper, apparently it happened to a Liverpool player before too. Gee if i was a Liverpool player i wouldnt live anywhere near Liverpool too many thieving scousers. Personally i reckon Mourinho got Drogba to do the job.

Very droll...but please spare a thought for Chelsea at the moment going through a rough patch what with their Honorary Vice Chairman & his son and others dying in that light aircraft. And the team being knocked off the top of the champions league.
But yes disgusting that someone would break into someones house whilst playing for his football team. There are some swines around.. sure it wasn't yer sel laddie? As this is a strange question.

That's true.
I guess that the Liverpool's goalkeeper is too busy guarding the goalpost for his club, and looks like his house need those too gloves too.
