Go fishing and camping! And then out to dinner with someone special, get some yard work done.. above all, have a WONDERFUL 7 days off =0)

Weather is great in general so why not start by planting a tree (unless it's your summer job to do such a thing ;-)
Check with your family and friends to see what special activities they would suggest to do with you. Make sure you take some time to rest or just to take care of yourself.

ahh... enjoy it..... take advantage of the weather if its nice.....maybe get some dumb stuff done around the house... relax have a few drinks...... play cards with friends....... just enjoy......have fun.......
