I have NEVER been to a party before(yes, i know weird, lol) because my mom is VERY STRICT. So what is it like!!?

Your not missing much !!! turn up smile, dance , drink, drink, drink fall over, fight with everyone, fall over , get put in a taxi home , be sick in taxi, get thrown out and all your money taken off you, walk/ crawl home , wake in morning feeling like you are going to die , meet your friends , tell them what a great night you had the night before , spend all day with a headache !!!! ............OR IS THAT JUST ME !!!! lol
