Apparently it concerns RV's and trailers over 400 sq ft. Covers fire and life safety criteria and plumbing for recreational park trailers considered necessary to provide a reasonable level of protection from loss of life from fire and explosion.

It is a "Standard", so it is up to a state or local authority whether they adopt the standard and make it part of their codes or regulations.
