I "believe" that everyone gets a turn. Life is a game of chance. The player makes a choice and sees what the the outcome is. "luck" has very little to do with it. You can cross your figures and hope to God/ rub a rabbits foot/ ware your lucky socks and still end up where you should be. "Luck" is as BLESSING disguised. God has a PLAN for us all and it is up to us to figure out how we create our destiny.

Oh yes, my brother is one of the luckiest people I know.
He should have died 10 times already and he is only 19. He has had 6 concussions, a fractured back, torn knee ligament, Meningitis, and Pneumonia 2 times. He is still smarter than me.
Me on the other hand have no luck what so ever......

I guess not since I don't see how I could 'believe' in it since luck is just when something good happens against the odds. That's how I see it...
