yes you will get a fine, and regardless of how many times the child visits, how costly can the booster seat be. obviously its alot less costly than the childs life. think about it, life is priceless so you can't put a price on it especially that of a child. good luck and always be safe.

Well in the states of illinois and indiana, the child has to be in a child restraint seat....if not, well not only could you and probably would get a fine but could also be charged with child endangerment, and if for any reason the child was injured there could be more charges and I am sure they would be serious...use the child seat!!!!!

When they drop off the child have them drop off the car seat as well.Call them and tell them this.When they pick up the child have the car seat ready for them

Absolutely, if he doesn't meet the age and height requirements in your state. I would check with rental stores or find a friend that has one you could use. Put a request in "freecycle" or craigslist.

you can get a fine. but most importantly... it's dangerous not to have one. you would never want to hurt this child. could you borrow one? you can always purchase a used one for less than a new one.

you should not worry about the fine you should how ever worry about the child incase of an accident.
