No, but I saw that there was a news article on Google saying that people were sleep "Acting" which I distinguish from Sleep walking, because people would have entire meals, drive their car etc... all without realizeing it. Apparently it's fairly rare, but it is real.

drowsing pills have particularly some section outcomes. whether they do help you sleep, they might reason insomnia once you stop their use. reason being is that maximum drowsing pills regulate melatonin production via stimulating the pineal gland. In turn, this might decelerate pineal gland function. in specific, because of the fact the hypothalamus gland will experience this exogenous stimulation of melatonin, it is going to deliver a unfavorable comments sign to the pineal gland and tell it to give up production of melatonin. At that factor, once you bypass off the medicine, your physique would be at a melatonin deficiency, which will make drowsing particularly difficult, if achieveable in any respect! instead of making use of meds try making use of organic treatments which includes 5-HTP (5 hydroxytryptophan), gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) or tryptophan. those OTC supplementations are super for helping you sleep. they are organic and would desire to bypass by transduction in the previous stimulating usual sleep varieties. which ability they gained't close down the pineal gland. Tryptophan, case in point, converts promptly into the sleep hormone melatonin that might actually assist you sleep. GABA relaxes and calms the physique besides as releases develop hormone and promotes sound sleep. Use them the two jointly and that i'm specific will gets the sleep you deserve!

Our family was surprised when Lunesta was such a hard to wake up from pill! Upon waking, my adult son had a very hard time feeling 'awake' at all. He took his bath, washed his hair, did all his morning 'things' and decided that this was too strong a pill to take for work days, at all. (He is over 6 feet tall and is a big guy used to medications).

Lots of people get addicted to lunesta. See this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lunesta and see this withdrawal site http://www.non-benzodiazepines.org.uk/
It seems fairly safe if it is used short term though
Also see this site http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/youropinions.php?opinionid=5928
Most of the problems with sedative drugs eg tranquillisers or sleep pills come with long term use.
