what exactly is the purpose? why not use your main account?

id be more than proud to use my main account.. it states who i am.. if you know wat i mean..

Because they are too chicken to use their real face. I don't care if someone pisses me off I want them to know who I am when I have something to say. People who make fake accounts to jump down someones throat are cowards and can't use their vocabulary wittingly enough to get their point across therefore eliminating the fear of being reported.

I think it's to satisfy different components of their psyche...like being a multiple personality with out having to split the personality for real. A roll playing game within their own minds.

I know and they are not supposed to be doing that at all. It is getting way out of hand, I hope some change is around the corner on this one. It is dishonest and unkind.

same reason people talk about others behind their backs in real life. because they are scared of what will happen if they do it face to face. on here tho i guess it doesnt matter. you'd have to be a pretty pathetic individual to hunt somebody down off yahoo because you don't like their answers.

People are jealous and petty on here just like in their real life,only they don't want anyone to know they're like that.That is my guess.
