no i mean the actual writing,with fancy bits on it that ppl also use on msn!

List quality items and describe it accurately. Send the item as soon as you can and notify the buyer when its on its way.
That way, they'll be thrilled and leave you glowing feedback and remember to leave them feedback too by clicking on the appropriate icon.
Something I hate is when sellers don't leave feedback until they've received it off the buyer. The buyer has done their bit once they've paid and should be rewarded with feedback as soon as possible.
