I'm speaking specifically of Hillary Clinton-------how can anyone with such intense shady history and known hard-core communist ties be allowed to become a senator ----(what a shady mess THAT was) ----much less be allowed to place a bid for the presidency?

Actually, the only person with a prior felony conviction to become President is currently in office.

And what hard-core communist ties are you speaking of? And what shady mess? I am curious as to why cons have such an intense hatred of Hilary? I'm not a big fan of her's myself, but why the venom?

That goes for almost every single politician in this country. They are all crooks. But I agree that there should be a law that prohibits people with certain criminal activity in their history from running for any elected office. I mean you can't be a police officer if you have even a minor criminal offense to your name, yet anyone with enough money and the correct ties can become a politician and govern us.

"how can anyone with such intense shady history" -Your opinion

"known hard-core communist ties" - Your opinion

"what a shady mess THAT was" - Again, your opinion.

If she violated the law then charged should be brought, and should be tried and if the evidence supports it, convicted. Only then will she be a "law-breaker".

Your question poses other questions, so I won't bother to answer it directly. However, if you have a problem with the justice system and our politician recruitment law, I suggest you either lobby for stricter control of the subject, or become president yourself and change the law.

Convicted felons cannot run for president, so there actually is a law.

EDIT: Hey pal, none of those things you mention are actually illegal. Being a communist or socialist, if she even is one, isn't a crime. First Amendment and all.

Home of the Free. Sucks though, to think the dems really 'want' her as their pres. To me that shows a complete lack of character in an entire group of people.

I really don't want 4 more years of their sex life. Can we find someone with a decent track record?

What specific law has she actually broken? I never heard that she was arrested or convicted of anything? Just b/c you don't like someone's politics doesn't mean they broke the law.

George W. Bush has a DUI and he's president; but I'm sure you're willing to overlook that.
