Absolutely, many undergrads take an MBA to move into management and upper management in their undgrad specialties.

Yes -- of course you can. My MBA class had people with BA in English, BS in Engineering, BFA (Fine Arts), BS in business administration, etc.

The top B-Schools actually like their students to have a heterogeneous mix of backgrounds.
