I want to grow some greens this year and dont know if I should plant collard greens,, kale greens, or soylent greens. Which has the most nutrition?

Well my family prefers to eat soylent greens but they are harder to prepare than kale of collard greens

I am not too sure about the climate where you are, but here in the south we can only grow greens in the fall through the winter, and into early spring. We can't grow decent greens now. I always plant a mixture of turnips, kale, collards, rape, and mustard. I preder the flavor of the mix better than any one individually.

LOL! Soylent Greens.........cute. You'd have to ask Jeffery Damaler (spelling??) about that.

Kale and collards are both very high in nutritional value. Problem is, it may be too late to plant them, don't they need to go in when it's cooler?
