Yeah I do. I find myself always trying to make everyone happy a lot, and so sometime I am a little more passive than perhaps I should have been. Wow you do think of some interesting questions, don't you?

Depends on the situation...sometimes passive can be a very good thing, while other times actions are definitely needed .... I think I usually make the right choice on which way to go.....what about you/??
