Is it responsible for people to carry guns into bars...where people are drinking heavily...and are more prone to bar fights...

Is this really the solution to our nations problems...for all of us to strap on a gun?

Is this what our world has become...a bunch of vigilantes?

Good one about a governor from Texas. They make them a little different there.

But aside from that, I think concealed carry makes a lot of sense.

First of all, people who legally license their guns are RARELY involved in a criminal action. They know that owning and having a gun is a serious responsibility. And they treat it as such. Most of the crimes being committed are by people who don't treat owning a gun as a responsibility, and instead treat it as a way to terrify or intimidate people. If one has a gun, they have less of a need to be intimidated by these people.

Any sick individual that wants to make a shocking statement with firearms will invariably go somewhere they know no other firearms will be.

All of these places that do not allow weapons are inviting the criminals to prey on the individuals that must enter those premises. If this passes in Texas, the criminals will not know who might or might not have a weapon to respond to any threat.

Other responsible people with the desire to protect themselves and their families do not worry me. People that support no guns in certain areas scare me because they ultimately are helping those that would wish others harm.

It's not "all of us", it's those few who are willing to go through the thorough process of getting a concealed weapons carry permit. I would suggest that instead of just blathering on about something you know little about, you do a little research into the number of crimes committed by people who have these permits.

You'll find that it is a very, very low number. People with CCWs are not what you should be worried about.

nicely, i'm no longer so particular I believe taking them to bars or courthouses. churches and different places like that, i does not have a issue with it. fairly, there are not many places they could end you from taking a gun. nevertheless i do no longer stay in Texas, yet Ky, I take mine everywhere with me different than into the financial business enterprise... for evident motives. i do no longer opt to get arrested simply by fact somebody "thinks" i pass to rob the financial business enterprise. i does not call myself a vigilante. lol i'm no longer out to combat crime the place ever I see it, damn i may well be busier than a one-armed bandit in a jewellery shop. I do it for safety for myself and my relatives. No, it does not scare me in any respect.... I carry a gun basically besides as those different human beings do. i does not say it fairly is the answer to our countries issues and that i heavily doubt everybody would be wearing a gun. i've got self belief that folk like that are basically as severe as people who think of making weapons outlawed will end human beings from committing crimes with weapons. Neither element is thinking the region by way of... and nevertheless, i've got not got many solutions on a thank you to cope with it myself, i does not say the two element of this severe has it precise the two.
