Hi there Buzzard

Good answer.

That would be my answer and I am glad that someone else has answered Zeitgeist.

Am well excited about it and am going to see their reunion show in Paris later this month!

'Zeitgeist', the new Smashing Pumpkins album! Slated for a June or July release, I think... but I'm quite excited, I love those Pumpkins! Shame that it looks like the original crew will not all be there, but I'm hoping that the line up will feature at least Billy Corgan, Jimmy Chamberlain and Melissa Auf Der Maur... Looks like D'Arcy and James Iha have got into arguments/ bad karma with Billy, so maybe it's too much to hope that we'll see them again, but you never, never know...

'Everybody knows I'm fast, I'm fast,
and everybody knows I'm Glass, I'm Glass,
I'm shattering, shattering, shattering fast,
I'm shattering fast, I'm Glass, I'm Glass!'

Fantastic effort!

Cheers Bobcat, well, what can I say? Billy's got a keen mind, and the music those guys produce... otherworldly !

and going to see the reunion show! Wild! What's the line in Machina II where he mentions the Eiffel Tower... wish I could remember it...

Metallica are recording at the moment so hopefully that should come out this year. It will be interesting to see which direction they go this time after St Anger. It's also going to be interesting to hear what influence Rick Rubin has on them as producer; their first album without Bob Rock at the helm for a very long time.

I'm looking forward to the new Bjork album, Volta.
It's apparently a return to the heady days of Debut, and Post, after her years of making esoteric, brilliant, yet uncommercial albums.
She's one of pop music's few innovators.
