Defending yourself? What is the job? Auto reposessor? I have never had to prove that I can defend myself at an interview.

Other than that, I would deliver a clean side-kick across his desk and pop him in the chops.

Are you applying for an umpire job or something? Why would you need to show that you can defend yourself? You wouldn't happen to be a small man, would you? Napoleon thing?

Immediately upon entering the room, grab the interviewer by his tie with one hand and break his nose with your other hand.

Throw him into his chair and scream "Do I have the job now, Mo Fo?"

Let me know how it goes!
