The outrageous statements made here are impossible to imagine in any other forum.

Genocide you say? What fantasy and lack of understanding!

Islam and Christianity, the "daughter" religions of Judaism, have hundreds and thousands of years of war and suppression to their names. The original, Judaism, is peaceful and never made a religious war on those who believe differently.

You have, of course, the Crusades as the prime example.

The reason for the conflict between Israel and the Arabs is that the Arabs, plain and simple, refuse to accept a Jewish state in their midst. They invented this whole idea of a "Palestinian people who deserve a state" just to use as a tool to dismember Israel.

Arab violence against Jews has been going on long before there was an occupation, long before there was a refugee problem--indeed, long before there was a political Zionist movement. Need I present more painful examples? Perhaps even further back, where I hope everyone will agree that the Zionist movement did not yet come into being:

In the centuries after Muhammad there have been periods when the Jews were able to live in relative peace under Arabs, but their position was never secure. They were generally viewed with contempt by their Arab neighbors, and their survival was always predicated on their abject subordination and degradation to them. Mass murders of Jewish "protected people" started in Morocco as early as the eighth century, where Idris I wiped out whole communities. A century later Baghdad's Caliph al-Mutawakkil designated a yellow badge for Jews (setting a precedent that would be followed centuries later in Nazi Germany), and synagogues were destroyed throughout Mesopotamia in 854-859. In Tripolitania, Jews were considered the property of their Arab masters, who would bequeath the Jews to their heirs upon death. In the 12th century, after anti-Jewish riots, the contemporaries commented that their population had 'greatly declined.'

As to how to solve the problem, the only way would be for Israel to defeat the Arabs overwhelmingly, and then dictate the terms for peace. Otherwise, the Arabs will never stop trying to destroy Israel.

If the palestinians were facing genocide from the israelies there would be no more palestinians. I do not think the israelies are innocent by any means. But believe me if they wanted to they could kill the palestinians very quickly. The palestinians are certainly getting a raw deal from the israelies I don't think there is a comparison to Dar-Fur where true genocide is taking place. Too bad Dar-Fur does not have oil. If they did they would be helping them out.

Though previous responses say there's not much comparison, there *are* important similarities. First though, you'll probably agree that Darfur is actually a lot more dangerous than the Occupied Territories or Israel. Hundreds of thousands of bodies make a bigger pile than just a few thousand. And you'll probably agree that Palestinians aren't actually being exterminated.

That said, it's still true that both conflicts have the same basic root: land grabs. Israel took the Palestinians' land half a century ago; Sudan's Bedouin militia have taken the Darfur black farmers' land.

Both conflicts have been one-sided, for selfishly political reasons.

And sadly, both conflicts form another example of brothers killing brothers. In Darfur both sides are Muslim. And the Israelis have more in common with Palestinians than they appreciate, from cultural and linguistic roots to raw DNA and their own collective future.

Since the British Mandate of Palestine was given sovereignty as Israel in the late 1940s, the Arab-Muslim Palestinian population has increased from around a million, to (by Palestinian Authority estimates) over 9 million. That has got to be the least successful genocide in history.

The current intifada has cost fewer than 3000 Palestinian lives. In Darfur the campaign of mass murder by the Arab-Muslim Janjaweed has killed, by the most conservative estimates, ten times as many - other estimates go into the hundreds of thousands (but include things like starvation and disease among refugees).

I hate to assert this, yet they discovered instructions from their treatment on the palms of the Nazis, they took Nazi approach and bettered it, now they're a huge oppressor themselves. purely seem on the way the took Eichmann from Argentina all those years in the past, they were purely gaining expertise of then!! Now for sure, albeit the actual undeniable actuality that they are supposedly Gods chosen human beings, (finished BS) they're the brutal oppressor of the real natives of the land they have had given to them with the help of u . s . a ., because u . s . a . is managed with the help of Zionists as all of us recognize. i'm no longer prejudiced hostile to Jew, Christian or Muslim or every person else, human beings are all an similar to me. although, i'm speaking about what's great it really is all, and from the very delivery of Israel they have used an similar abhorrent procedures hostile to Palestinians that the Nazi's used hostile to the Jews. you would imagine that this element on my own would make Israel a extra humane governor of Palestine, even though it would not. it really is going to come to an end at the same time as u . s . a . is going down, and easily then will Israel answer for it really is crimes, regrettably, which will not in any respect take position because we will all be nuked first. So my pal, the answer for your question is, Dream on!

The Dafur genocide situation is a reality, and is way different from the Palestine issue with Israel. Where you can find blame on both the Israeli and Palestinian sides.

The Palestinian crisis could have been solved long ago, but Palestinian leaders had not made any attempts to take to the table seriously to bring the issues to rest.

If Israel wanted to commit genocide against the Palestinians they could kill or expel all of them in under 48 hours.

The fact that they have not done so shows they have no interest to do so.

Israel is a nuclear renegade terrorist state that has been killing Palestinians and stealing their land for 60 years. Genocide is not the right term to describe the Israeli barbarism, ethnic cleansing and expulsion would be more correct.

I wish Palestinians would learn what the word, "genocide" meant.

Maybe they should move to Darfur and get a lesson in genocide.
