There's not much to it; it's rather easy. I went through this and now my foreskin is perfect.

When you shower slide it back the most you can without forcing it. Then wash the head where you can. If it's sensitive do a little each day and eventually it'll desensitize.

If you think it's a bit tight, there's even a cream you can buy online that works around 90% of the time for making a foreskin loose. It's 0.05% betamethasone. It's cheap, too.

And of course, you're more than welcome to contact me if you want to tell me what you've tried or if you have any questions. =)

And it's completely understandable that you'd want to avoid circumcision and keep it as a last resort, especially since new studies have found that it reduces sensitivity and pleasure and makes masturbation more difficult in over 60% of guys. Once your foreskin moves enough I'm very sure you'll end up loving it like I do. =P

I just saw this on tv last week about men who were circumcised and wanted the foreskin back. This Dr. developed a piece he made that fits over the head, and you wrap what foreskin you have and let it pull it gently, it eventually looks like you were never circumcised, but you wouldn't have to go that far. As for not being circumcised, I would say that you just need to stretch it daily until it loosens up. For many men this is painful, but maybe a Dr. can prescribe some cream to dull the pain for you.

Circumcision is not so bad about 22% of British men are circumcised. Only 1% are circumcised at birth so the majority are cut for medical reasons later in life. Even if you manage to stretch for foreskin, it is always goin to be long, tight and your glans will always be wet and hard to keep clean. For hygiene alone get circumcised it is cleaner.

It doesnt necessarily mean you need circumcising sometimes its due to something called adhesions and this can be done under anaesthetic as a day case which releases the foreskin hence no more tightness and of course retracting your foreskin daily in the bath is another recommended conservative measure you could try. Hope this helps. I'm a medical secretary and I work for a Consultant Urology surgeon

I had the same problem and stretched it naturally by keeping it retracted all the time. At first you'll have to watch things as the foreskin can swell so try for a few hours at a time, then overnight, then for days at a time until it's comfortable keeping it retracted permanently.

It will feel strange at first and you'd have to deal with unwanted erections until the glans get used to being exposed.

I did the above for a year or so but kept getting tiny lesions at the tip of my foreskin and opted for circumcision. I've had no problems since then and wouldn't worry about the procedure.

I had to be circumcised at age 12, now 50...but I still remember it like yesterday. If you skin has gotten "tighter" it may be a sign of infection. The scar tissue is building making the foreskin tighter. I would not go without takling to a Doc about this one. It IS worse the older you get. I would make sure before you go to far along. Please and Thanx, Bogie

I'm not a man and I'm not a doctor, but I have heard that you should gently manipulate and tug the foreskin. If it hurts, you're doing it too hard. Do this as often as possible and it will slowly stretch out a bit. I don't know if it's true, though, I'm just passing on what I've heard.

Use some ointment, (Coconut oil is the best option) while circumcised.

If problem is major than u need to approach Doctor (Urologist) and it will take a half day for surgery and costing you less than 2000 INR in a good hospital. After a 10-15 days of care u will be perfect. Man do it as soon as possible (i.e. 1 year before marriage) and don't waste time.

All the Best.

Good heavens, Thomas, I thought us women had problems! I'm not too sure you're going to find many websites showing those stretching techniques - isn't that called porn?

You are right not to want to be circumcised! Rather than repeat a lot of what has been written before, let me refer you to a similar question: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ag2cMRLTp9WYGff2KRjSh5vty6IX?qid=20070427220605AAtDXtG&show=7#profile-info-ERnGGJv7aa

If you ignore the pro-circumcision answers, there is a LOT of valuable information there.

Good luck -- and stay intact!
