I want a tatto and im afraid that it is going to hurt i know it's going to hurt hurt but it's my first 1 so someone please answer.

Getting a tattoo definitely hurts. Some people tolerate pain better than others so everyone's experience is different. When I got my tattoo on my lower back, I had a hard time keeping still because of the intensity of the pain. I felt sweaty and chilled at the same time and became very nauseas.
Also, I've been told that some areas are more painful to get tattooed than others.

The first one hurts the most, I think. It will depend a lot on where (on your body) you're getting it. Over bony areas (like an ankle or foot), it tends to hurt more than fleshy areas. It will also depend on your threshold for pain. Some people don't even flinch. I think the outline of the tattoo hurts more than color. Other people say the opposite. You'll just have to experience it for yourself to see how you feel. But keep in mind that once you start (getting tattoos), you may not want to stop. Good luck!

I have one (kind of big) on the nape of my neck right below my colar.
It actually tickled...I don't know if it was the guy that was doing it...or the area...but at times, I was laughing so hard that we had to take a break...
There were a few spot that did hurt...but only for a minute...
It depends on the area that you get it.

I is going to hurt, but either put ice over the spot before, or a numbing creme. But, tatoos are really bad for your skin and they can give you a skin diesease!

i have three tattoos..
one is a frog on my right sholder, a tribal star thing on my lower back and a dragon on my right foot..
the one on my back and on my sholder didn't hurt..
but don't let people fool you. it feels like you have a sunburn and there scratching it..
if you like the sound of a hairdryer youll be good..
the noise is what scares people the most..

some what it depends where it at
if it on the head or Private it will hurt
but if on the arm or the leg not at all

Yes it hurts if it is permanent, it is not hurt if artificial.

it just depends on where you get one. try and get one on a really fatty part of you body where there's no bones. like your inner ankle, or arm. it's really not all that bad.

no, it`s not bad...i wouldn`t say it`s painful...it`s more uncomfortable than anything...
